2026 Dutch Summer Rally

Dear Nelson enthusiasts, members of the NBOC NL/UK,

We warmly invite you to a special weekend filled with fine cruising, good fellowship, and sea stories!

Friday, 21 August – Stavoren & Barbecue

We shall assemble in the old municipal harbour of Stavoren, where berths have been reserved for us opposite the Lady of Stavoren.

Saturday, 22 August – The Rally

At 11:30 hours we depart in company, setting course for Enkhuizen.

A splendid sight awaits: a procession of Nelsons bringing the water to life.

By approximately 13:30 hours we shall be moored astern of the drawbridge in the inner harbour of Enkhuizen.

At 17:00 hours we gather for drinks on the terrace at the Dromedaris, followed by a joint dinner commencing at 19:00 hours.

Dress code: festive, with a tasteful Nelson touch.

Sunday, 23 August – AGM & Departure

At 10:00 hours the Annual General Meeting will be held at the Dromedaris. Thereafter we bid our farewells and each vessel will make her own way onward.

Practical Information

Cost: €100 per person (including BBQ in Stavoren and dinner at the Dromedaris)

Harbour dues and beverages: at your own expense

Registration deadline: 1 July
